The current campus is located in Mathikere, Bengaluru. Complete campus is spread across an area of more than 50-acres. RIM offers Post Graduate Diploma in Mgmt at the Post Graduate level which is equivalent to an M.B.A degree. The Program span over 2 years and is offered in 5 different specializations such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Operations, BFSI. The Course structure is designed by the faculty of the college with the consultation of external faculty. The total intake of student in college is limited up to 240 by AICTE.

Counselling and Mentoring
Young adults nowadays are faced with a number of issues related to academics and otherwise during their student life. They are in need of an outlet to express their emotional upheavals. This is where a student counsellor comes into picture. We have a regular counsellor. The most common issues faced by students are related to time mgmt, stress mgmt, peer pressure, procrastination, body language, communication skills etc. One-to-one counseling sessions with the student counsellor helps our students to sort out these issues and unburden themselves of their problems. By making the sessions light and interactive, the student counsellor creates a conducive environment for the students to facilitate effective communication. Counseling helps the students concentrate better on their studies without getting emotionally drained by other issues.
