SNAP Selection Procedure 2019: Group Exercise (GE)

After SNAP 2019 concludes, aspirants obtaining the minimum cutoff marks are called for GE round.
It’s a process to screen the aspirants on the basis of their potential as well as their skills.
They are tested on their communication skills, tactfulness, problem-solving abilities, and ability to stay focused and get the task done in allotted time.
In this round, a topic allocated to a group of aspirants to discuss among themselves for 15-20 minutes.
They are divided into groups and each group is given two case studies.
Candidates get five minutes to go through the case study and 15 minutes to discuss and reach a consensus. On the basis of GE, aspirants are allowed to attend PI round.

SNAP GE Experience

The process begins by dividing aspirants into groups of 7-8 people and assigning each group to a group coordinator.
Following that, aspirants are shown a video clip for our first GE exercise.
Discussion is allowed on this topic for 7 minutes (Allotted time).
After that there is a break for 2 minutes and then second GD starts.

SNAP 2019 Selection Procedure: Personal Interaction (PI)

The purpose of conducting a personal interview is to analyse the responses of an aspirant, his interpersonal, soft skills, confidence and thought clarity.
Annexure and the other forms are provided to the aspirants.
Interviewer may ask questions based on details you filled in Annexure, and other information based on candidates’ academic qualifications.
