Common Admission Test or CAT is a management aptitude test conducted by the IIMCAT for admission to M.B.A programmed offered by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and over 1,000 other B-schools across India. The CAT exam is conducted by one of the IIMs on behalf of IIMCAT, in online mode at various test centers in over 156 cities. In 2018, about 2.41 lakh candidates applied for the CAT exam.
