Goa Institute of Management (GIM) PGDM Selection Criteria
G.I.M gives importance to the overall academic performance of the students during the final selection round. The candidates are then shortlisted and called for the interview round. The interviews are conducted at New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Cochin, Guwahati, Hyderabad and Goa centres.

In addition to a candidate’s score in XAT/CAT/CMAT, the score in G.I.M Analytics Aptitude Test (GAAT) is also considered in the selection process.
Candidates for PGDM (BDA) will need to take an online aptitude test called GAAT (G.I.M Analytics Aptitude Test). GAAT will be scheduled in January 2020. This test will be of 150 minutes with Multiple Choice Questions. Final selection of candidates is based on the following components as tabulated.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview via email on a specified date. After final selection, the institute sends an offer letter via email indicating their acceptance at the college.
