SIBM Pune has completed the final placement of 2016-18 batch with 8.05 percent increase in average salary. As many as 180 students and 85 companies from various sectors like Automobiles/Automotive, BFSI, Consulting, FMCG/FMCD, IT, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Telecom participated in the process with.

A total of 191 offers were made out of which 63 students received Pre Placement Offers (PPOs). Functions of offers included Finance, General Management, HR, Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Strategy. The average CTC offered to the students increased from Rs. 15.02 Lakh Per Annum (LPA) in 2016 to 16.23 LPA in 2017.
