N.L Dal-mia Institute Application Form
The Admi-ssion forms have to be collected from the Admission office of the Institute. The official dates for the availability of the Admi-ssion forms will be uploaded soon on the official website. Outside Mumbai, candidates who wish to apply can fill and submit the 4-page application form on the official website. The institute shall also provide the students with the Admission Kit through Post. In case the students wish to apply for more than 1 specialization (opted at the time of applying for admission), he/she has to buy a separate form for each specialization.
