- Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their NMAT scores.
- The shortlisted candidates are then called to NMIMS Mumbai for a round of Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview (PI).

NMIMS Eligibility and Selection Criteria for MBA PROGRAMS
STAGE 1 Taking the NMAT test. Candidates are shortlisted based on only their NMAT scores- overall as well as sectional.
STAGE 2 Shortlisted candidates are invited for Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview (PI)
STAGE 3 Final admission offers are made taking into account NMAT scores, CD and PI, as well as candidate’s academic performance, relevant work experience and other similar inputs.
Stage4 About 2000-3000 candidates are shortlisted and are called for a round of Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interviews (PI).

- NMAT 2020: How to Apply for the Exam
- NMAT 2020 application process can be completed in two simple steps on the official exam website.
- NMAT offers normal and late application windows. While the normal application process for the exam will close on October 5, the application process with late fee will close on October 16, 2020. GMAC the NMAT exam conducting authority usually does not extend the last date to apply for the exam.
- The NMAT application & exam fee (Without late fee) is Rs.2000/-. After the last date to apply, you have to pay Rs.2500/-.

- Candidates must go through following details regarding NMAT Application Form:
- NMAT 2021 Application Form will be made available on website via online mode.
- Candidates will be able to register from August till first week of October 2020.
- At the time of registration, candidates must also provide valid/ working mail ID & phone number in the application form.
- Candidates will also have to upload passport size photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
- Incomplete or incorrect application will lead to rejection so candidates must fill correct & complete details in the form.
- After filling all the required details, candidates are advised to re-check & verify the given details.
- At last, candidates must also take printout of filled in application form for further use.
