The admission 2021 is open for all the Two-Year Full-Time Programs – MBA, MBA-HR, MBA-Pharmaceutical Management, MBA Analytics & Decision Science, and other management programs offered by NMIMS. The admission process for MBA at NMIMS Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Indore, and Navi Mumbai Campuses for the academic year 2024 is also open.
As regards to its admission process, NMIMS has categorically announced, ‘There is NO ‘Management Quota’ at NMIMS for MBA/ PGDM Programs. NMIMS SBM Mumbai Admission Criteria 2024 is a two-step process involving the Shortlisting criteria based on NMAT by GMAC entrance exam score and the Final admission selection Criteria comprising Case Discussion and Personal Interview. There is a common application form for all the NMIMS campuses including Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Indore and Navi Mumbai. Since all the campuses of NMIMS will accept NMAT by GMAC exam score, it is also important that the candidates should register and apply for NMAT by GMAC.
The Application fee is Rs.2200/- whether applying for one MBA or multiple MBA programs. The Common Application must be submitted online only.

- For admission to NMIMS University programs NMIMS online application on NMIMS website has to be duly submitted & payment of application charges need to be made in any of the prescribed mode within stipulated time.
- It is the candidate’s responsibility to select the program preference at the time of filling up the NMIMS application form
- The final shortlisting of the candidate will happen as per the latest preference selected by the candidate on his/her NMIMS application form.
- Candidates are required to fill only one application form even if they are applying for multiple programs/campuses.

NMIMS-SBM, Mumbai Shortlisting Criteria: NMIMS Mumbai MBA Direct Admission 2024
The first part of NMIMS, Mumbai Admission criteria is the shortlisting criteria before the final selection round. NMIMS will shortlist the candidates on the basis of the following parameters:
- NMIMS-SBM, Mumbai will consider NMAT by the GMAC 2024 exam score of the applicants for shortlisting for the final admission round.
- Candidates will be short-listed on the basis of the combination of their score in NMAT by the GMAC exam and the latest preferences of the programs selected on the NMIMS application/reapplication form.
Final Admission Selection Round Criteria: NMIMS Mumbai MBA Direct Admission 2024
- Post-short-listing on the basis of available scores, applicants will be called for the final selection round (PI Round) at the designated centers
- NMIMS Mumbai and other campuses selection criteria in final admission round award weight to Entrance exam score; Academics; Work Experience and performance in Case Discussion (CD) and Personal Interview (PI) round.
- No weightage will be awarded for the work experience below 6 months. Besides, Training/Project work/work done as an integral part of curricular requirements will not be considered.
- The criteria to generate a final merit list for admission will be based on the application data in terms of academic marks obtained, work experience, marks obtained in NMAT by GMAC, and Case Discussion & Personal Interview.
- The selection criteria will be based on merit only. The decision regarding the cut-off of the merit list will solely lie with NMIMS.
